“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.”

Approach

I believe that we are all unique and ultimately have the ability to reach our full potential. The process of understanding who we are in relation to others and the world around us is crucial to developing our most authentic self. Throughout my experience, I have found that being able to mold to the client’s situation helps me best understand their position, and in turn helps the client reflect in the most beneficial way as they continue uncovering more about themselves.

My process involves using a holistic approach that addresses the mind, body, and spirit in a thoughtful and gentle, yet direct way. I encourage my clients to bring their dreams into the sessions, as I believe they can be a revealing and helpful gateway into understanding the psyche. It is important for the client and therapist to develop a strong relationship so that they can work together effectively in order to provide the client what they need most in each session.  Without a strong and trusting relationship, certain avenues can be overlooked during the healing process.  After all, the primary objective in each session is for the client to feel understood and safe in an environment that encourages acceptance above all.

Life will give you whatever experience is most helpful for the evolution of your consciousness. How do you know this is the experience you need? Because this is the experience you are having at the moment.
