Individual Therapy

I truly believe therapy can help us move through transitions, move out of stuck places, and find our voices. I work collaboratively using a non-judgmental and curious approach to address what is affecting you.  Your experience is unique and exploring your thoughts, feelings, and  behavioral patterns is pertinent to your story.  Together, we will uncover some of the blocks such as sadness, shame, and fear that are hindering your everyday life and preventing you from ultimately reaching your full potential.

Couples Therapy

Relationships are enriching, exciting, and profound.  Through the course of a relationship, challenges often arise that can become unmanageable and can place an immense amount of stress on the couple as a whole, as well as on an individual level. Triggers can feel like the third partner in the relationship and it is easy to want to “give up” when it seems relational patterns become so ingrained.  It is in couples therapy that I believe we can explore what issues are affecting both partners.  I believe couples therapy can provide the opportunity to learn about ourselves, strengthen communication, and deepen our trust. Some issues include: intimacy, trust, expectations, communication, infidelity, pre-marital, family planning, parenting, sex, boundaries, and finances.
